Carrera Ukraine is a national manufacturer of water and electric heating convectors. The idea was born in Kharkiv: the founder, an entrepreneur with an existing business supplying engineering equipment, installed foreign-made units and decided to try making them himself. In 2011 the first samples came out for exhibitions and presentations, and in 2012 the Carrera trademark was created. The range started with 12 models and 2 types of grilles.

Today it is over 1500 convector variants: in-floor, floor-standing, skirting, wall-mounted, for water and electric heating. Production capacity is over 12,000 units per year. More than 20,000 projects have been completed, from units 20 cm long to convectors over 35 metres, corner, radius and trapezoidal.

The convectors are manufactured, selected and supplied to suit the individual features of both the buildings’ engineering systems and the requirements for a high-quality design of the room-heating solution.

Production

Our own production in Kharkiv on a site of over 2000 m², with warehouses in Kharkiv and Kyiv. The company employs 75 people. Modern lines for cutting, bending and welding metal, and powder coating.

Quality control and testing

The plant operates a three-stage inter-operational control system covering all production procedures. Every unit in an order passes an outgoing inspection by the Carrera QC quality service.

Since 2020 the production has been ISO 9001 certified. In 2024 Carrera was the first among Ukrainian convector manufacturers to pass testing in an independent laboratory to European standards and norms: the noise level and heat output were measured.

Certificates and documents

The documents we refer to. The certificates of conformity are valid until 04.03.2027 and are updated annually.

MAS technology

Since 2016, units with fans have been made using the patented MAS system (Modular anti-vibration system), on energy-efficient motors of a new standard. Anti-vibration inserts in the heat-exchanger mount and the fan platform remove noise and vibration.
