Send everything you already know; what you don&#8217;t know, just say so. You can enter this in the \u201cTask\u201d field in the form above.<\/p>\n  <div class=\"tscroll\"><table class=\"dtable\">\n    <tr><th>\u2116<\/th><th>What to send<\/th><th>Why the engineer needs it<\/th><\/tr>\n    <tr><td class=\"num\">1<\/td><td>Glazing dimensions and ceiling height<\/td><td>The glass width sets the unit length. The taller the glass, the stronger the cold draught along the floor that must be intercepted.<\/td><\/tr>\n    <tr><td class=\"num\">2<\/td><td>Coolant mode and heat source<\/td><td>The output depends on the mode. M\/C 65 at 1500 mm gives 445 W at 85\/75, 293 W at 65\/55 and 146 W at 45\/35 (natural convection, 1 heat exchanger). A heat pump usually runs at 45\/35. If you don&#8217;t know the mode \u2014 say whether it&#8217;s a boiler or a heat pump.<\/td><\/tr>\n    <tr><td class=\"num\">3<\/td><td>Screed depth or floor stage<\/td><td>A casing 65 to 120 mm high must fit into the screed. If the floor is already finished, the choice is between FRH on legs and skirting BR. Before pouring, it&#8217;s worth going through the <a href=\"\/en\/shcho-vyrishyty-do-zalyvannia-stiazhky\/\">list of questions about the screed<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr>\n    <tr><td class=\"num\">4<\/td><td>Will there be water on the floor<\/td><td>A pool, SPA, winter garden or greenhouse means a wet area: there the <a href=\"\/en\/konvektor-hydro\/\">Hydro<\/a> series with a stainless-steel casing and drainage is used.<\/td><\/tr>\n    <tr><td class=\"num\">5<\/td><td>Drawings or a plan with dimensions<\/td><td>The plan shows the glazing line, turns and niches; for a skirting loop, also the number of corners. A photo will do if there are no drawings.<\/td><\/tr>\n    <tr><td class=\"num\">6<\/td><td>Grille type and colour<\/td><td>Transverse or longitudinal, metal, wood or stone, colour per the RAL palette, a ZN or ZL frame with greater joint overlap. Don&#8217;t wait until you&#8217;ve gathered everything: the glazing dimensions, the mode and the floor stage already start the selection, the rest the engineer will clarify.<\/p>\n  <h2>How an engineer&#8217;s selection differs from the calculator<\/h2>\n  <p><a href=\"\/en\/kalkulyator\/\">The calculator<\/a> gives an approximate answer and does not replace a design calculation: its coefficients are still confirmed by engineers. What you send per the list above, the engineer calculates from the manufacturer&#8217;s output tables. The mode can be checked with the designer or the boiler-room installer. A heat pump usually runs at 45\/35, and for it the figures are taken from a different row of the table.<\/p><\/details>\n  <details><summary>Can I get a selection without drawings?<\/summary><p>For an approximate selection, the glazing dimensions, the floor stage and the coolant mode are enough. Drawings are needed when the size and number of units are built into the design.<\/p><\/details>\n  <details><summary>What happens after I submit the form?<\/summary><p>An engineer will contact you within one business day at the phone number from the form.
