Grilles for convectors
The grille is the only visible part of the convector, so it is what determines how the device looks in the interior. The material, profile and colour are chosen to match the floor: from natural oak to powder coating in any RAL.

Frames and profile
ZN — a standard frame, covering the joint between the floor covering and the casing. ZL — with increased overlap, when the edge of the covering is uneven or it is already laid.
The grille profile is transverse (lines across the casing) or longitudinal. For radius casings and curved runs, roll-up grilles are used — they roll up and follow the arc.
Questions and answers
Can you step on the grille?
Yes — the grille sits in a frame and is rated for pedestrian load, you walk on it as on the floor. The only caveat: don’t put furniture on legs on the grille — that’s a point load, and it blocks the flow of warm air.
How to care for the grille?
The grille simply comes out of the frame without tools. Once a season it is removed and the casing is vacuumed — the convector needs no other regular maintenance.
A wooden grille near a wet area — is it OK?
For wet rooms and pools we recommend aluminium or stainless metal: wood warps from constant moisture. For living rooms, oak and ash serve without problems.
